Welcome to Bidvest Paperplus' online suppliers registration system.
Before you continue, please take note of the following:
- The objective of this system is to create a database of all Bidvest Paperplus suppliers, irrespective of whether they are BEE-compliant. It is not a rating system, but a database of information.
- It is mandatory for all Bidvest Paperplus suppliers to complete this questionnaire - failure to do so may jeopardise future procurement.
- All terminology used in this questionnaire is as per the Employment Equity act and the final BBB-EE Codes of Good Practice.
- Only authorised persons should complete this questionnaire.
- The enterprise's MD/CEO/Owner will automatically receive a notice that the application for registration has been submitted.
- The application status will be electronically communicated to the originator of the application.
- All information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
- Bidvest Paperplus accepts the information of this questionnaire in good faith, but reserves the right to take necessary action should any false information and/or documentation be submitted.

User Login Process
- If this is the first time the supplier is entering this system, the "New Login" box must be ticked and a self-selected Username and Password entered. The user should keep a record of their Username and Password.
Please note that Usernames and Passwords are cAsE sensitive
- If this is a repeat login, only the Username and Password are required
- If the user has forgotten their Password, the "Request Password" box should be ticked and the correct Username entered. A system-generated password will be emailed to the user. After logging in, the user should select a new password of his/her own choosing.
- If the user enters an incorrect Username, an error message will be displayed together with a "Help" checkbox. The user should either enter the correct Username or select "Help". If "Help" is selected the requested information must be provided and the User will be contacted.
- To attach any supporting certificate or documents click on the "Browse" button. This will enable the user to search for the necessary document on their computer and attach it to the questionnaire.
